Our Principles
Our mission is to protect, manage and safekeep members' pension assets and unitholders' funds. A strong infrastructure, a spirit of innovation, state-of-the-art systems and good corporate governance are among BCT's strengths. Being a trustee, we have a duty to act in the interest of the scheme members. We strongly believe that good corporate governance is one of the key elements to protect the interests of our scheme members and to effectively discharge our fiduciary duties as a trustee as well as to the Company's long-term success.

BCT's Managing Director & CEO Ms Ka Shi Lau was awarded a Director of the Year 2008 award in the "Private Companies, Executive Directors" category for the company's achievement in corporate governance, and Ms Lau is the first woman to have won in the category. Organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and co-organised by Financial Services and the Treasury Bureay, SFC and HKEx, the award is a form of recognition of BCT's high standards in corporate governance.
