BCT Reaps Multiple Accolades in Recognition of Success and Excellence

• BCT's Managing Director & CEO, Ms Ka Shi Lau, received a CEO of the Year 2009 award from the Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium in the Customer Relationship Excellence (CRE) Awards 2009.
