Pay Easy
Pay Easy is a tailor-made software package to help manage your company's payroll records. You may leverage on this handy tool for preparing remittance statements, autopay payroll, pay records and annual tax returns.
First Installation of Pay Easy

Software Upgrade

Install Instructions:
1. Click download icon and save the payeasy.zip.
2. Right click and choose "Extract All" to unzip payeasy.zip.
3. Double click the unzip folder and open the "upgrader (Both)" folder.
4. Double click the executable file [CDpatch.exe]. An upgrade window will pop up.
5. Click the "Get DB Info" button, and select your existing Pay Easy install path.
6. Click the "Start Patch" button to begin the upgrade process, and the software will be automatically upgraded.
7. When the "System upgrade completed" message is displayed, click the “Exit” button to close the upgrade window. Upgrade is completed.

Install Instructions:
1. Click download icon and save the "Pay Easy Plugin".
2. Unzip the downloaded file.
3. Open the unzipped folder "PayUpRI".
4. Double click the executable file [PayUpRI.exe]. An upgrade window will pop up.
5. Click the "Get DB Info" button, and select your existing Pay Easy installation path.
6. Click the "Start Patch" button to begin the upgrade process, then the software will be upgraded automatically.
7. When the "Patch Completed" message is displayed, press “OK” and click the “Exit” button to close the upgrade window. Upgrade is completed.
