The BCT Group is comprised of BCT Financial Limited (“BCTF”) and Bank Consortium Trust Company Limited (“BCTC”). We are a major pension product provider and one of the largest trust companies in Hong Kong offering pension products and professional services for MPF, pension and investment funds.
BCT Financial Limited (“BCTF”)
BCTF acts as sponsor and distributor of pension products whilst providing customer services, investment planning services (IPS) and retirement planning services (RPS) as well as investor education. Currently, we have engaged 8 independent global fund managers to manage the various MPF/ ORSO funds. At BCT, we adopt a “Multi-manager” investment approach for our schemes which blend the expertise of different fund managers and allow us the flexibility to select and monitor the best fund managers in different asset classes as well as designing the products with the best possible returns.
Currently, we offer three retirement schemes and two member services:
Master Trust Scheme
Five fund categories with 27 constituent funds that cover a wide range of risk profiles and investment strategies. These categories are: “Equity Funds”, “Equity Funds － Market Tracking Series”, ”Target Date Mixed Asset Funds”, “Mixed Asset Funds” and “Bond / Money Market Funds”.
Industry Scheme
One of the only two MPF industry schemes in Hong Kong, this scheme serves employers, regular employees, casual employees and self-employed persons in the catering and construction industries. Three fund categories: “Equity Funds”, “Mixed Asset Funds”, and “Bond / Money Market Funds”) with 12 constituent funds.
Pooled ORSO Plan
A professionally administered and managed retirement benefit plan that offers a full range of fund choices covering a wide spectrum of risk and return profiles. Daily dealing and unlimited switching of funds also enable flexibilities for our members to meet different needs.
Investment Planning Service (“IPS”)
Our Investment Planning Service helps members gain a better understanding of their investment goals and risk levels in order to make informed investment decisions. The financial planning service does not only cover MPF investments but also other fund ranges such as Collective Investment Scheme (CIS). Through one-on-one consultations, members can find the most suitable funds based on their investment goals.
Retirement Planning Service (“RPS”)
This Service aims at assisting members in planning for retirement. Our counsellors will help prepare members as they approach retirement in financial, social as well as psychological aspects. Through RPS, members can also enjoy special management fee while being able to withdraw funds in phases.
Bank Consortium Trust Company (BCTC)
BCTC’s main role is to provide pension plans and fund services including trustee and fiduciary duty, pension services and asset servicing. Our comprehensive solution combines custodian and administration services for MPF/ORSO and international pension plans as well as global investment funds, QFII and RMB funds.
We have the capability to offer top-tier trustee and fiduciary services for pension plans and investment funds, including monitoring of investment and regulatory compliance and reporting, safekeeping of investors’ assets, monitoring of service providers to pension plans and investment funds.
MPF, ORSO and International Pension Plans
We provide employers and employees access to a customized online platform that allows them to easily view and manage schemes and their underlying funds. Regulatory updates about pension funds and relevant impact analyses are also provided for through various online and offline channels.

With a client-centric, solution-driven servicing culture, we offer comprehensive fund services which are built on a solid foundation in investment operations.
