Can my employer withhold my MPF assets derived from the employer’s portion of the mandatory contributions if I am dismissed due to misconduct, fraud or dishonesty?

                                                              No. Your employer’s mandatory contributions plus any income derived thereon are fully vested as your accrued benefits in the scheme once they are paid.

                                                              However, forfeiture of benefits derived from voluntary contributions made by your employer is subject to the respective terms in the participation agreement.
