The MPF account balance must be claimed by your legal personal representative. The respective personal representative needs to submit the Claim Form [ABD(MEM)-W(O)], a copy of the personal representative's HKID Card / Passport and a copy of Letter of Probate or Administration issued by the Probate Registry to BCT for claiming the MPF assets of the scheme member.
In addition, you are not allowed to assign a beneficiary of your MPF assets under the MPF legislation.
