The awards were executed by Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency ("HKQAA"), who evaluated the service quality of participating customer service hotlines from a customer's perspective for six consecutive months. After three rounds of assessments, BCT earned the highest score both within its industry category and across all industry categories, sweeping the awards mentioned above. As an MPF expert, BCT continues to enhance service standards for its 1 million member accounts.
