BCT continues to receive industry recognition. We were named the winner of Market Leadership in MPF Management at the "Market Leadership Award 2016", organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Marketing (HKIM), further recognizing our position as an MPF expert.
Driven by one of our core values Connectivity, we aim to strengthen member engagement through innovative and customer-centric initiatives. In 2016, we launched the BCT "Piggy Army" branding campaign to encourage members to care about their MPF, and consider consolidating accounts when necessary. We will continue to create more touchpoints for our customers and help them plan for a desired retirement.
