Notice of Online Login Services Security

                                                              BCT Group ("BCT") reminds customers to stay vigilant when logging into our online services. When logging in through electronic channels, customers are advised to type the website address of BCT (www.bcthk.com) directly into the browser, or use "BCT MPF" mobile App, to access their online accounts. Customers should not provide their accounts or personal information (including logins and passwords) to any third-party. We do not recommend customers to access our services through any third-party platforms (such as websites, mobile Apps, or any other financial management software/platforms). BCT shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect impact or loss caused by any use or reliance on information obtained from third party platforms.

                                                              If customers have logged into our online services through third-party websites or mobile Apps, they are advised to change their passwords immediately to protect their personal information.                                                               Download and complete the Member Enrollment Form (Note: Authorised signature with company chop are required) and send it to us.

                                                              Upon completion of your enrollment
                                                              • Notice of Participation will be sent to your employees within five working days upon receipt of the enrollment form.
                                                              • Email or SMS notification will be sent to your employees for retrieving a verification code, which could be used for password set up via member website afterwards.
