Special Business Arrangements (Updated on 25.2.2020)

                                                              To safeguard the health of our customers and staff, and mitigate infection risks of the novel coronavirus, BCT Group carries out the following special business arrangement until further notice.

                                                              Starting from 26 February 2020 (Wednesday)
                                                              • The customer service counters in Sheung Wan office are closed
                                                              • The hotline services and office hours changes to 10am to 5pm from Monday to Friday

                                                              During this period, customers are welcome to manage MPF matters and make enquiries through the following means:

                                                              • Leave a voice message at our hotlines


                                                              Enrollment Timeline: within 60 days of employment.

                                                              Download and complete the Member Enrollment Form (Note: Authorised signature with company chop are required) and send it to us.

                                                              Upon completion of your enrollment
                                                              • Notice of Participation will be sent to your employees within five working days upon receipt of the enrollment form.
                                                              • Email or SMS notification will be sent to your employees for retrieving a verification code, which could be used for password set up via member website afterwards.

                                                              Enrollment Timeline: the next working day following the 1st pay day or the 10th day from the commencement of employment, whichever is earlier.
