How Does the Upgrade of “BCT MPF” App Affect You?

                                                              As a customer caring about your MPF, have you managed your account with the "BCT MPF" app recently? Our app has undergone a system ungrade recently and if you are an app user using "biometric authentication" (i.e. fingerprint / facial recognition) to login your account, please take note of the following arrangement.

                                                              When you login the account via app again, you will be asked to update the app and reset the "one-time device token". Please rest assured that you only need to complete the simple instructions displayed on the mobile screen, and then you can continue to use "biometric authentication" service to login to your account.

                                                              If you are unable to complete the above procedure before December, on top of updating the app, you will be asked to re-register for the "biometric authentication" service. To avoid the above situation, you are advised to login the app now and complete the simple procedure of resetting the "one-time device token".

                                                              If you have not yet downloaded the "BCT MPF" app, download now on App Store or Google Play to embark on the MPF eJourney.

                                                              Download and complete the Member Enrollment Form (Note: Authorised signature with company chop are required) and send it to us.

                                                              Upon completion of your enrollment
                                                              • Notice of Participation will be sent to your employees within five working days upon receipt of the enrollment form.
                                                              • Email or SMS notification will be sent to your employees for retrieving a verification code, which could be used for password set up via member website afterwards.

                                                              Enrollment Timeline: the next working day following the 1st pay day or the 10th day from the commencement of employment, whichever is earlier.
