BCT Won “Mystery Caller Assessment Award – Best of the Best” for 6 Years in HKCCA Award 2020

                                                              BCT continues the winning streak in the HKCCA Award history. This year, we won the top award "Mystery Caller Assessment Award – Best of the Best", among 72 teams for the 6th year in recognition of our constantly outstanding customer service. Not just that, we were the multiple-time winner in the "Finance and Insurance" sector, namely the "Best-in-class" award for 9 consecutive years and the "Gold" award for 10 consecutive years.

                                                              With digitalization becoming the new normal, we have enhanced our services and delivered integrated customer experience across multiple platforms, to help customers effectively manage MPF, whilst staying happy and satisfied.

                                                              Organized by the Hong Kong Customer Contact Association, the Mystery Caller Assessment Award aims to assist participating customer service providers who provide the service over the phone or through on-line platforms to enhance their service level and refine the contact handling best practices.                                                               Upon completion of your enrollment
                                                              • Notice of Participation will be sent to your employees within five working days upon receipt of the enrollment form.
                                                              • Email or SMS notification will be sent to your employees for retrieving a verification code, which could be used for password set up via member website afterwards.
