BCT wins eMPF Tech Gold Award for “BCT Smart Assistant Macy”

BCT Group won the "eMPF Tech Gold Award" at the "IFTA FinTech Achievement Awards 2020". This is a strong testimony to BCT's resounding digital excellence as a leading MPF service provider.

Over the years, BCT has enhanced digital experience and created value for customers through digitalisation, in particular "BCT Smart Assistant Macy", a chatbot that using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology to answer customer enquiries 24 x 7. She was also proven to be very popular with an 80% satisfaction rate. BCT looks forward to continuously contributing to Hong Kong's robust FinTech development for the impending eMPF era.
