I have changed my investment mandate / placed my fund-switching instruction. When will the process be completed?

Under normal circumstances
• If we receive your fund switching / change of investment mandate instructions before 4:00pm (Hong Kong time) on any business day, your instructions will be processed by using the fund price of the same business day.
• If we receive your fund switching instructions at or after 4:00pm (Hong Kong time) on any business day, or anytime on a Saturday, public holiday or other non-business day, your instructions will be processed by using the fund price of the next business day.
