If I withdraw my MPF account balance at the age of 62 because of early retirement, if I enter the workforce again, do I need to make MPF contributions?

A scheme member aged 60 to 65 who has retired and wishes to withdraw his MPF account balance must statutorily declare that he has ceased all employment or self-employment permanently.

If you withdraw the account balance on the ground of early retirement and you are employed subsequently, you need to join a new MPF scheme and make contributions henceforth.
