If you intend to depart Hong Kong permanently, you may apply for early withdrawal of your MPF assets with this reason.
You need to submit the following documents to BCT:
1. The original copy of Claim Form [FORM ABD(MEM)-W(O)]
2. The original copy of Statutory declaration form [FORM MPF(S)-W(SD2)]
3. Copy of HKID Card / Passport
4. A copy of the documents / evidence that you are permitted to reside in a place other than Hong Kong (e.g. Immigration Visa / Foreign Passport)
5. Copy of letter of release issued by the Inland Revenue Department (if applicable)
Please note that:
• Oaths need to be true declarations. Anyone making false or misleading statements may be prosecuted and / or subject to a fine.
• Early withdrawal of MPF assets on ground of permanent departure can only be made once in a lifetime.
