Do I need to enrol staff employed in the Mainland China under local terms, in an MPF scheme?

The Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance aims to provide retirement benefits to members of the workforce in Hong Kong. Therefore, you are not required to enrol employees who are employed in the Mainland China, under local terms, in an MPF scheme.
