                                                              Arrangement for Employment Termination

                                                              You need to report those employees ceased to be employed by you to us on or before the 10th day of the next calendar month following the employees’ last day of employment.

                                                               

                                                              How to Report Termination

                                                              Submit the Employee Termination Notice [FORM: ETN (ER)] to us, or complete the relevant information on the remittance statement.

                                                              Employees ceased to be employed can set up personal account to continue retirement investment.

                                                              Please submit Request for Fund Transfer Form (For self-employed person, personal account holder or employee ceasing employment) and Statement of Authentication [FORM: RFT(MEM)].

                                                              Enrollment Timeline: within 60 days of employment.

                                                              Download and complete the Member Enrollment Form (Note: Authorised signature with company chop are required) and send it to us.

                                                              Upon completion of your enrollment
                                                              • Notice of Participation will be sent to your employees within five working days upon receipt of the enrollment form.
                                                              • Email or SMS notification will be sent to your employees for retrieving a verification code, which could be used for password set up via member website afterwards.

                                                              Enrollment Timeline: the next working day following the 1st pay day or the 10th day from the commencement of employment, whichever is earlier.
