                                                              Beware of Fraudulent Calls for Early Withdrawal of MPF

                                                              There have been many discussions on early withdrawal of MPF assets on the grounds of "permanent departure from Hong Kong". It came to our attention that some fraudsters claimed they could help customers arrange withdrawal of MPF assets, thereby obtaining handling fee and requesting customers to sign on unknown documents in some cases.

                                                              BCT Group hereby reminds customers and the public to remain highly vigilant and not to provide any personal information to third parties or conducted any financial transactions with any handling fee.                                                               Download and complete the Member Enrollment Form (Note: Authorised signature with company chop are required) and send it to us.

                                                              Upon completion of your enrollment
                                                              • Notice of Participation will be sent to your employees within five working days upon receipt of the enrollment form.
                                                              • Email or SMS notification will be sent to your employees for retrieving a verification code, which could be used for password set up via member website afterwards.

                                                              Enrollment Timeline: the next working day following the 1st pay day or the 10th day from the commencement of employment, whichever is earlier.
