BCT's efforts in customer service has once again been recognised by winning multiple awards at the "HKCCA Awards 2018 - Mystery Caller Assessment Award". The awards we received this year include:
•Finance & Insurance – Gold Award (for 8 consecutive years)
•Finance & Insurance – Best-in-class Award (for 7 consecutive years)
•Best-of-the-Best Award (for the 5th time, and 4 consecutive years)
Organized by the Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA), the HKCCA Awards have been known as "the Oscars of the contact centre industry" while the Mystery Caller Assessment Award has been the most popular corporate category among the Awards, attracting the most entries every year. Ms. Eva Wong, Director of Client and Services Management of BCT Group, along with representatives of our client services team, attended the award ceremony and received the awards from Ms. Joyce Poon, Vice Chairlady of HKCCA on Oct 26.
The recognition throughout the years has been encouraging, and of great significance to BCT. Looking to the future, BCT will continue to strengthen its relationship with its members and enhance their experience in eJourney through offering a multi-channel service platform, professional customer service, and better retirement products and resources.
