BCT continues the winning streak in the HKCCA Award history. This year, we won the top award "Mystery Caller Assessment Award – Best of the Best", among 72 teams for the 6th year in recognition of our constantly outstanding customer service. Not just that, we were the multiple-time winner in the "Finance and Insurance" sector, namely the "Best-in-class" award for 9 consecutive years and the "Gold" award for 10 consecutive years.
