                                                              BCT named "Best-in-class" (Finance and Insurance) & "Gold Award" in Mystery Caller Assessment Award

                                                              BCT once again received the Gold Award (for 4 consecutive years) and was named "Best-in-class" in the category of "Finance and Insurance" (for 3 consecutive years) in the Mystery Caller Assessment Award in the Hong Kong Call Centre Association Awards 2014, organised by Hong Kong Call Centre Association ("HKCCA") and Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency ("HKQAA").

                                                              The assessments were conducted by mystery callers of HKQAA, from a customer's perspective, the service quality of participating company's customer service hotlines for 6 consecutive months. After 3 rounds of assessment, BCT received the highest score in the category of "Finance and Insurance" and won the "Best-in-class" award.

                                                              BCT will keep striving for excellence in people development, operation efficiency, quality assurance and risk control to provide best-in-class customer experience.
